As Assistant Director of Economic Development, Josh supports business retention, expansion, and development projects while advancing initiatives that strengthen Lynchburg’s business community. He brings more than a decade of experience spanning business operations, government relations, workforce development, and strategic partnerships across the private and nonprofit sectors. Josh is also a U.S. Army veteran and a Purple Heart recipient. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from Bowling Green State University.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and their cats and chickens and exploring all that the Lynchburg area has to offer.
