May’s workshop will focus on “Awareness to Action: How to Make Your Inclusion Ideas a Reality.” Organizations and their leaders often struggle with moving talk around diversity into truly inclusive actions and behaviors. This interactive and informative session will focus on how to assess your needs, prioritize your diversity and inclusion goals, identify indicators of success, and evaluate your progress. Participants will leave with tangible ideas and tools that they can utilize within their workplaces.
